Governing Structure and Oversight
Transformation College & Seminary operates under a clearly defined governance structure that promotes transparency, accountability, and sustainability. Oversight is provided by the Governing Board and Council, whose responsibilities include:

Executive Leadership
The executive leadership team is responsible for the overall direction and daily administration of the institution. Key leadership posts include:

- Registrar

Provides overall leadership, spiritual direction, and institutional representation.

Oversees financial management, budgeting, and resource stewardship.

Academic and Administrative Leadership
Academic and administrative leadership plays a critical role in implementing the institution’s mission. Important roles include:
- Deans and Heads of Departments
- Program Coordinators
- Student Affairs Officers
- Library and Learning Resource Directors
Together, they ensure quality teaching, student support, effective administration, and a nurturing learning environment.
